830laser Terms of Sale

Payment must accompany your order and must be remitted in US funds. No checks or purchase orders accepted for online orders. If you wish to use a check or purchase order, place your order by mail or fax, as detailed below. Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with all orders. No product or service is processed until full payment is received.

Orders Processing

Four Easy Ways to Order:

    1 By Phone: 800/801.4511 between 9:00 and 4:00 pm Pacific time, Monday-Friday. Please have your credit card information ready.

    4 By Internet*: Order online using 830laser's convenient and secure Online Catalog. Or send your order information, including title, order number, and quantity, to order@830laser.com.  Please provide credit card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, credit card billing address, daytime phone number, and shipping address.

General Shipping Information

Please allow 2 weeks for processing and shipping of product orders. Service Center hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific time. Any Email delivery or Express Delivery orders taken after Noon Pacific time will be processed the following business day. Delivery day is calculated from the date the order is processed.

Refund Policy
Laser units:  Due to 830laser's distributorship agreement with Microlight Corporation the manufacturer, the following resolutions are offered should customer want to return a unit: 

    100% CREDIT towards any IndeFree Association products or courses if request, in writing, is made within 14-days.  Product must be in new and re-sellable condition.  No refund or credit after 14-days.  No credit available on shipping charges.


    REFUND minus a 30% restocking fee if request, in writing, is made within 14-days.  Product must be in new and re-sellable condition.  No refund or credit available after 14-days.  No refund available on shipping charges. 

Request for credit or refund must be made in writing and a copy of the receipt must be furnished.

PRODUCTS:  No refunds are available on custom design orders such as brochures, postcards, logos, websites, or printing orders.  Returns and exchanges on standard products or generic orders must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. If your exchange costs more than the original order, please submit additional payment with your request. A return form is printed on the bottom of the packing slip for your convenience. Just fill it out, and return it with the item. Merchandise should be returned in resalable condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Regular Shipping

Most orders are shipped by United Parcel Service. PO Box, APO, and FPO numbers are shipped 1st class mail. Allow 3 weeks from receipt of order for items to reach you.

Refunds for Overpayments

Overpayments of $5 or more will be refunded automatically. Overpayments under $5 will be refunded only upon written request.
